Here Importance of awakening early in the morning is explained as getting up early keeps us free from diseases and also other benefits are there according to Rig Ved 1.22.1

प्रा॒त॒र्युजा॒ वि बो॑धया॒श्विना॒वेह ग॑च्छतां ।

अ॒स्य सोम॑स्य पी॒तये॑ ॥

Translation:-

प्रा॒त॒र्युजा॒ - One who wakes in the morning .

वि बो॑धय - To awaken.

अश्विनी - Ashwini dev.

इह - This

आ ग॑च्छताम् - To come.

अ॒स्य सोम॑स्य - This Somras.

पी॒तये॑ - To drink.

Explanation:- In this mantra,the Yajmans try to awaken Ashwini kumars in the morning and also desire that both Deities should come to this Yagya and drink Somras.

Deep meaning:- Here Importance of awakening early in the morning is explained as getting up early keeps us free from diseases and also other benefits are there. Just FYI that Ashwini Kumars are the Deities of Chiktsaa(Doctor).

भाषांतर :-

प्रा॒त॒र्युजा॒ - पहाटे उठणारा.

वि बो॑धय - जागृत करणे.

अश्विनी - अश्विनीदेव.

इह - ह्या.

आ ग॑च्छताम् - यावे.

अ॒स्य सोम॑स्य - ह्या सोमरसाचा.

पी॒तये॑ - प्राशन करणे.

भावार्थ :-ह्या मंत्रात यजमान अश्विनीकुमाराना पहाटे जागृत करूण्या साठी प्रेरित करून हे कामना करीत आहेत की अश्र्विनी कुमार ह्या यज्ञात सोम प्राशन करण्या साठी यावेत.

अ॒स्य सोम॑स्य - इस सोमरस का।

पी॒तये॑ - पान करना।

भावार्थ :-इस मंत्र में यजमान अश्विनी कुमारों को प्रातःकाल जगाने के लिए प्रेरित करते हुए यह कामना करते हैं कि वे दोनों देव इस यज्ञ में सोमपान करने के लिए आएं।
