या द॒स्रा सिंधु॑मातरा मनो॒तरा॑ रयी॒णां ।
धि॒या दे॒वा व॑सु॒विदा॑ ॥
Meaning:
या - Which.
देवा - Both Dev's.
दस्त्रा - To be seen.
सिंधुमात्रा - Son of Ocean.
रयीनाम् - Of Wealth.
मनोतरा - The one fulfilling our desires.
घिया - Through Yogya karma.
वसुविदा - One providing a house.
तौ स्तुषे - We praise both the Ashwini Kumar's.
Explanation: Oh Ashwini Kumars! You are the destroyer of enemies and the origin of rivers. You work intelligently and also bestow wealth.

भाषांतर:
या - जे,
देवा - दोघे देव,
दस्त्रा - दर्शनीय,
सिंधुमात्रा - समुद्रपुत्र,
रयीनाम् - धनांचे,
मनोतरा - इच्छित फळ दाता,
घिया -यज्ञ कर्म मधून,
वसुविदा - निवारा देणारे,
तौ स्तुषे - दोघे अश्विनी कुमारांची स्तुती करणे,
भावार्थ: हे अश्विनी कुमार! आपण शत्रूंचे विनाशक आणि नद्यांचे उत्पत्तिकर्ता आहात। आपण विवेकपूर्ण कार्य करून अपार संपत्ती पण प्रदान करतात.
गूढार्थ: विवेकपूर्ण कर्माचे अर्थ आहे कामनाराहित कर्म. आपल्या कर्तव्य बुद्धीने कार्य संपन्न करावा. हे कार्य स्वतः साठी नाही, परंतु समष्टि साथी अभिष्ट आहेत. त्यास अश्विनी कुमार प्रगल्भ धन देणार आहेत अर्थात कुशलतेने कार्य करण्याची प्रेरणा देणार ज्याने सिद्धि प्राप्त होईल.

सिंधुमात्रा - समुद्र पुत्र।
रयीनाम् - धन के।
मनोतरा - मनोवांछित फल देनेवाले।
घिया - यज्ञकर्म के द्वारा।
वसुविदा - निवास देनेवाले।
तौ स्तुषे - दोनों अश्विनी कुमारों की स्तुति करना।
भावार्थ:हे अश्विनी कुमारों! आप शत्रुओं का नाश करनेवाले और नदियों की उत्पत्ति के कारण हो। आप विवेकपूर्ण कर्म करके बहुत सारा धन भी प्रदान करते हो।
गूढार्थ: विवेकपूर्ण कर्म का अर्थ है कामना से रहित कर्म। कर्तव्य बुद्धि से कार्य सम्पन्न करें।यह कार्य अपने हित के लिए नही बल्कि समस्त समष्टि के हित के लिए किया जा रहा है।उसके लिए अश्विनी कुमार अपार संपत्ति देनेवाले हैं अर्थात कुशलता पूर्वक कार्य करने की प्रेरणा देंगे जिससे सिद्धि प्राप्त होती है।
